Organisation structure

Structure of the organisation:

The Federation’s national organs:
- The supreme organ is the Envoy Assembly
- The main administratory representative organ is the National Presidency
- Assisting the Presidency, and the Envoy Assembly, the Association Presidents Council is rewiewing, making proposals, and preparing the decisions.
- The executive organ is the nationsal association and it’s officers

The Envoy Assembly:

The democratically functioning MVGYOSZ”s main organ is the Envoy Assembly, in which every member-organisations are provided by 5-5 envoys, and if it’s membership is over 1000 members, after every 500 members above the 1000 they can send one more delegates. The „natural members” are only provided by 5 envoys and they can also delegate one more member after every 50 members above the 1000 members. The Assembly’s authority is covering all questions what can effect the federation. There are currently 121 delegates in the Envoy Assembly.

Committees:
The Envoy Assembly have to elect a 3 membered Supervisory, and a 5 membered Ethics Commission.

Supervisory Committee:
- The Supervisory Committee is the supervisory organ if the federation. It’s authority is covering the controlling all of the federation’s activities.

Ethics Committee:
The Ethics Committee is opinioning, diagnosing, advising, ask and comment ont he issues, and in the case of offense or voilating the federaton’s inner rules, making a decision.

The Federation’s lead officers:

Presidency
The National Presidency is a college elected from the envoys of the member-organisations and the natural members. The Envoy Assembly is electing by a sedret voting the members of the Presidency, the President of the federation, and the replacement member of the Presidency.
The universal legal representative of the federation is the President. If he is prevented, the vice-president can substitute him, and ha can represent the federation too. The Presidency is 7 membered.

The Federation’s national office:
The national office is the executive, advocacy, and service department of the federation.
In it’s execution assignment it contains the follovings:
- Presidental Secretary
- Advocacy group
- Service Units
The National Office is headed by a Registrar appointed by tender to an indefinite period.

The operation of the MVGYOSZ is ruled by the statutue.
